b2venture, one of the most experienced venture capital investors in Europe, welcomes Dominik Perisa as Partner and Chief Operating Officer.
The addition of Dominik to the b2venture team is part of the firm’s expansion plans to capitalize on the company’s growing portfolio of emerging unicorn tech companies, such as DeepL, 1KOMMA5°, Raisin, and SumUp, as well as its growing network of top business angels who invest in both b2venture’s funds and directly in startups via b2venture’s Direct Investments track.
Dominik will work across the firm’s Early Stage funds and Direct Investment activities to ensure maximum impact for founders, investors and other stakeholders and drive the company’s expansion plans forward. Combining his wide-ranging investment experience with a deep understanding of operational efficiency, he will further strengthen the operational excellence that the firm brings to bear in leveraging its unique network of angel investors for making non-consensus, largely early-stage investments and supporting its portfolio companies with tailored expertise.
Previously Dominik was a Partner at Rivus Capital, where he led early-stage investments with a focus on climate tech, mobility, logistics, and proptech. He also worked as Senior Manager for several years at Cherry Ventures, where he covered a range of topics including portfolio management, investor relations, venture development, M&A and IPO cases, and debt transactions. He began his career at CMP Capital Management Partners, a Berlin-based Private Equity firm. Dominik holds a Master of Science in Finance from Esade Business School, Barcelona.
