Salvador (Salva) Altamirano Martin joined b2venture in December 2025 as Office Manager, based in the firm’s Berlin office. In his role, Salva supports the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Before joining b2venture, Salva built a strong operational background across hospitality, workplace management, and project coordination. Most recently, he worked at Tesla’s Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg as Project Manager within Workplace Food & Beverage. There, he was responsible for vendor management, budgeting, contract oversight, and process improvements.

Earlier in his career, Salva gained extensive experience in hospitality operations, holding front office and supervisory roles at various hotel groups, as well as operational roles in serviced apartments in Spain. These positions shaped his strong service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Salva studied Tourism at the University of Málaga, where he completed both his Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and a Master’s degree in Tourism Management and Planning, with a focus on leisure and sustainable destinations.

Outside of work, Salva channels his creative energy into his own event collective, where he curates and hosts events across Berlin, combining music, food and culture.
