Nike is a Fund Operations Analyst at b2venture, based in our Berlin office. Working at the intersection of legal, compliance, and fund operations, she supports the processes behind b2venture’s investments and collaborations.

Growing up bilingual in German and French, Nike’s academic path took her between Cologne and Paris. She completed a double degree in German-French Law at the University of Cologne and Sorbonne University, spending two years in each city. During her studies, she focused on International Business and Financial Law.

After earning her bachelor’s degree, Nike gained first practical experience through internships in a startup and in audit. She then moved to London to complete a master’s degree in International Business and Finance, while working as a student assistant in Asset Management at HSBC.

Most recently, Nike spent a year in Transaction Services at PwC, supporting financial due diligence for M&A transactions. The role gave her a detailed understanding of the financial and organisational work that underpins complex transactions.

For Nike, venture offers the chance to get to know innovative businesses and their models while developing a deeper understanding of the legal and operational processes behind an investment. She is especially excited to contribute her own ideas, help make processes simpler and more efficient, and shape the further automation of fund operations at b2venture.

Away from work, Nike is a winter sports enthusiast. She enjoys skiing and figure skating.
