Jeff Steingardt is Finance & Portfolio Manager at b2venture, based in Munich, where he works across the firm’s funds and portfolio activities with a focus on financial analysis, portfolio management, and operational support.

Before joining b2venture in January 2026, Jeff was Finance Manager at HV Capital, where he spent two years supporting fund operations and portfolio companies across a broad range of financial and strategic topics. Prior to that, he held the role of Head of Finance (Kaufmännischer Leiter) at TerminApp GmbH, a high-growth digital SaaS company, where he was responsible for finance, controlling, and operational scaling during a critical growth phase.

Jeff began his career in corporate finance and investment banking, with early roles at CoInvest Corporate Finance, Deutsche Börse, and ACON Group, gaining hands-on experience across transaction execution, business development, and financial markets.

Jeff studied Business Administration (BWL) at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, where he completed both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees with a focus on finance and banking.

Living in Munich with his family, Jeff values balance alongside ambition. In his free time, Jeff enjoys riding his bike and hosting barbecues.
