Isabel Eberhardt joined the b2venture Fund Team as an Analyst in April 2026, bringing a multi-faceted background spanning Business Psychology as well as experience across strategy consulting, venture capital, and high-growth startups.

Driven by a fascination for the human element in business, Isabel’s academic path was shaped by her Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology and her belief that social psychology and interpersonal dynamics are the ultimate assets when partnering with founders. She later earned her Master’s in Management from the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. During her studies, she spent a semester at Stockholm University, where she was part of the Faculty of Entrepreneurship.

“I’ve always known I belonged in the innovation ecosystem, but my path there was very much non-linear.” Before moving into the startup world, Isabel pursued a childhood dream as an intern at ELLE Magazine. This creative chapter gave her a unique perspective on trends and storytelling, skills she now applies to identifying the next generation of category-defining companies.

Isabel further developed her skill set at Bain & Company, working on a range of strategic topics across industries. Earlier on, she gained operational insight at expertlead, a Rocket Internet SE venture, and explored the investment side through roles at Lakestar and DTCP.

Now based in Berlin, Isabel’s outlook is deeply influenced by her time living in Portugal and Sweden. She is a firm believer in the "active recovery" philosophy, and you will likely find her on the slopes or finding her flow on a yoga mat. A fan of the precision and mental game of cycling, she also appreciates the quiet art of a perfectly pulled espresso. Whether in nature or in the office, Isabel values thoughtful exchanges and a sharp sense of humor.
