Anna is Platform Lead at b2venture, where she focuses on strengthening the community around the firm and supporting portfolio companies by creating meaningful connections, operational insights, and strategic synergies.

She first joined b2venture as a Visiting Analyst in 2021, working with the Direct Investments Team to support the firm’s angel investor community. Eager to experience the other side of the table, Anna went on to join the fast-paced world of startups—first as part of the Business Development team at MAYD, and later as Principal Growth at Enpal, where she helped drive the company’s expansion.

“What amazed me from day one in startups was this real ‘can do’ spirit. I learned that ‘better done than perfect’ often beats overthinking—and that speed, ownership, and adaptability are essential. Those lessons have stuck with me.”

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science from Maastricht University and completed her CEMS Master in International Management with semesters in Lisbon and Stockholm.

What drew her back to venture capital—and to b2venture in particular—was the opportunity to collaborate with a broad and unique community of seasoned business angels, and to support not just one company, but many. “There’s something incredibly rewarding about working with a variety of founders, diving into different challenges, and helping unlock synergies—especially when you can bring experienced voices into the conversation at just the right moment.”

Outside of work, Anna loves being a host—she’s happiest when bringing people together, whether through a dinner party or a community event. She enjoys exploring new health trends, and finds her reset by the ocean.

Returning to b2venture in a new capacity, Anna brings with her a deep operational understanding, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building communities. “I love diving into the challenges our portfolio companies face, connecting the dots between people, ideas, and opportunities. This role brings together everything I enjoy—working with founders, building ecosystems, and creating impact.”
